Vintage Look from GIMP Plugin Reg

Post by elslunko »

I used the bleach bypass as a starting point then emulated the Yellow/Magenta/Cyan layers with Sadman's Texa. Using Texa you can also adjust the tones of the 3 variables. I'll probably figure out a more elegant way of doing this soon but thought I'd share.

Edward,

great results! Personally, I like - and often use - the "Kinemacolor"-Settings that Bernd Gruber posted ages ago for the Mathbox-Plugin.

Also, have you tried tinkering with Nostalgia? One of the Polaroid (like "669 Hot") should come fairly close.
