X4 crashes on exit with unspecified error

I know that this error has been reported many times (I did a 'search') but I could not find a post reporting the error on exit.

I have been creating/editing 3 separate projects/movies over the past few weeks and lately it seems that every time I exit X4 (after saving) the program exist the screen and then I get a window displaying the following error -
The program has encountered an unspecified error and has stopped functioning.
Please contact Corel Technical Support and send the dump for analysis
and it displays the location of the .DMP file.

Now I now on the face of it this doesn't affect me as it only occurs when I exit X4 but any ideas why?

Should I send the DMP file or would that just be a waste of time (ie does the Corel 'engineers' actually check the DMP file users send them and do they reply?

Sorry forgot to add to my original post

When I click on OK I then get another window displaying the following

The instruction at "0x2d7a66e4" referenced memory at "0x13a05134", The memory could not be read.
Click on OK to terminate the program.

This concerns me that I will eventually have X4 crash during editing .

If you have not updated your VS X4, you may want to download all update first at http://www.corel.com/corel/pages/index. ... id=1100002, then tell us if the problem still persists?

I am sure that I installed service pack 2 months ago.
'about' shows that I have X4 version 14.2.0.23
