I edited my 16:9 HD video footage using the coresponding project settings
(HDV 1080-60i, etc). Problem is I found out that HD content can't be burned to DVD(the technology doesn't exist of yet). What do I need to do to get my footage to look decent on DVD. I've tried different conversion settings, but the quality that comes out is poor. I'm new to this field so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Converting HD content to be burned to DVD
try opening the project settings >> mpeg settings. select a project template in 16:9 format.
by the way, dmf4 is the only MovieFactory software that supports HD videos. DVD format runs on a standard 720x576 pal so your HD's hi-res format is useless.
i think there is something called HD DVD but im sure of the complete specs of it.
