That's fine for text but I don't think it will accept binaries.
If we're looking for a temporary newsgroup alt.binaries.paint-shop-pro was last used 10/03/2011 except for a couple of test posts I've made.

I just tried a 'test post' both on PSP Photography and PSPX4... they posted okay.. looks like they're back up as of a few minutes ago 4pm EDT
