Post by guessemanon »

my file is avi. and it can't be imported to Ulead Video Studio 10 (Free trial). when I tried to import the video, he said my file is not accessible.
I got the entire info. for my file as attached.
My file has been damaged or there's other reason for it. thanks for any answer or suggestion.

It appears that you don't have the necessary codec on your computer to open the file. Do you know where the video came from? You could do a Google search and find and download/install the ffdshow codec which might fix the problem.

There is also no point in using the trial version of VS 10. It is ancient. Go to the Corel.com website and download the latest VS X5 (15) trial version and see if that makes any difference.

I solved it. I checked the document and found it was not correctly downloaded from the DV Camera, so I think the reason is the source of the document is damaged or uncompleted. I did it again, and now it's o.k.

thanks.
