Win DVD 11 Pro Freezes

I had the program installed in my set when I got a Cyberlink suite from Pioneer with my new burner. Win DVD freezes when I try to load it and I have uninstalled the Cyberlink software but it has left folders with shared files that I have not been able to uninstall. I have tried my download insurance and reinstalled The Corel some three times now. In Safe Mode the program will load but I can not run it. When I reboot I can run the program with the tool tips showing but the program will freeze. If I can completly uninstall the Cyberlink stuff I think I can get it. I have a question in to Corel. Thank You

If you cannot remove the cyberlink software, it would be best that you contact the Cyberlink support, so that they can help you with their software.
