What does that mean? I'm so frustrated!

I am having the same problem using MovieMaker 3. I have used this program without any problems for over a year now, but the last several attempts have given me this error. Any suggestions??

I strongly suggest contacting the tech support folks. They had me do a bunch of things (uninstall, delete some leftover files, reinstall, patch, plus download and install a couple of other small things) and now the software is fixed and burning things beautifully!

I've been in contact with tech support, they've been great for the most part. However I downloaded my version of MF, they had me delete my stuff, but when I went to upload the files they put on a temporary site for me they weren't there. Now I can't get them to return my email

Hopefully someone will see this and will send me the file for download.
