VideoStudio Pro X3 Doesn't Play Full Clip
I've uploaded a couple of MOV files (converted from MP4 files) but when playing them they only show the first 5 seconds of a 28 second clip. I tried to modify the Trim but apparently I'm doing something wrong. Any suggestions are appreciated.

tholly: do the clips play in full in the Quicktime or other player? What version of QT are you using -- the one which was installed as part of X3 or the latest version?
And what do you mean when you said you "tried to modify the Trim"?

Ken Berry: Yes they do play in full on Quicktime. I'm using Quicktime 7. By the term "Modifying the Trim" by moving the trim markers. But that didn't work.

Re: VideoStudio Pro X3 Doesn't Play Full Clip
Abiel Corel NA: I installed the appropriate codec's but the issue is still there. An iteresting "feature" shows the shortened clip to be 27 seconds long but in WIndows Media player (which plays the full clip) it shows the total length to be 27 seconds long too.
