Corel cummunications

Post by brucet »

I see on the Aftershot Pro forum a post from Aftershot staff, (Corel), about updates. Great stuff. Can't we get at least some direct communications here from Corel re PSP? I don't expect direct answers to problems cos that would be a nightmare for Corel. But at least tell us what is being address so that we can have an idea what to 'complain' about. :?

Maye a thread that we users can't post to but a thread that Corel can put news on.

I live in hope.

Yes, that would be a good idea. But I wouldn't necessarily apply a lesson from the ASP forum to the other forums here, and so would also not get my hopes up too high. The guy on the ASP forum who gave that information worked/works for the predecessor company, Bibble, and was following what I understand was normal Bibble practice.

Again, I say that is not reason why Corel should not learn by example. But also again, I wouldn't get my hopes up that that will necessarily happen here in the PSP or other Corel forums...

Ken, as a long time Bibble user I can only hope that the Bibble mentality rubs off on those at Corel. We can ask can't we?
Surely the Bibble guys communicate with their new bosses! Maybe Corel can learn from them.

That may be the case, but I sometimes wonder how much the reverse is true. I have been asking my Corel contacts literally since ASP was launched how it wanted to structure and handle the ASP forum. Have bumped them a couple of times but still have no answer from them... :(
