can't change working folder

Post by tim304 »

New to x5, and in trying to burn a simple "test" dvd, I keep getting the popup that there isn't enough space in my working folder -- the popup mentions the working folder being on my C drive, despite multiple instances of my having gone to preferences to specify a different working folder on another drive. HELP!

You need to specify the working folder in the burn module as well - when you open the Create disc module look down into the bottom left corner of it - there are four icons - the very left one is something like a computer with an inverted triangle on it - click on it - choose 'preferences' and specify the working folder for your burn files.

you can have this working folder different to your main project working folder.
