Trialing Corel VideoStudio 5
I'm currently trialing Corel Video Studio 5 with a view (obviously) to purchase. I'm interested to know if I can patch in music from my selection in 'My Music' (I've got about 8Gb of it) instead of using music supplied by Corel. This would be my preference when compiling and editing some of the video I've been shooting.

Re: Trialing Corel VideoStudio 5
YES - you can use any music at all in your project provided it is in .wav or mp3 format, some people have problems with some mp3 files it seems to depend on exactly which codec was used to make the mp3, the usual solution to a problematic mp3 is to convert it to a .wav and it then usually works well.
You can either import your music to a library pane - just as you would an image or video - and then drag and drop into one of the audio tracks or RIGHT click over the timeline and choose "Insert Audio" and browse to your music files.
