Don't hold up new RAW codecs as part of major updates--release them as you develop them, at least once a month.
Make mailing lists, so anyone requesting RAW support for a given camera will automatically be notified when it's available. If you need sample images to work with, request them from the people on those lists.
Make RAW updates available to Bibble users, too -- Some of us ASP users still use Bibble, too, because of features ASP still lacks.

Re: RAW updates
Good suggestions. Where is the ASP update for the Canon 5D3 raw images? I cannot open them in ASP as it is.oldmaven wrote:Don't hold up new RAW codecs as part of major updates--release them as you develop them, at least once a month.
