PSPX4U and Photo Album 6

PSPX4U and Photo Album 6
Since installing PSPX4U, my thumbnails for off-line discs have disappeared from Corel Photo Album 6. When I try to reinstall the PA6 program it starts PSPX4U which is a boxed version upgraded to 14.0.1.5 Maybe not related, but maybe is. Any ideas. I have 12 years of photos cataloged on those disk. I can of course buy a different program, and create a new database for it, but would prefer to not.
