ProX5 DVD label burn file not recognized, is .UPL

Hi: On my trial version of ProX5, when I went to use the DVD label burn feature, I complete the label, when it asks me to save it I do with a file name but my new text and image aren't saved when I look at it again within the project and after I save the DVD label it shows as a .UPL file that Windows 7 does not recognize.

The .upl file is just the project file - are you trying to print that ??? - you can't do that - use the print function within the VideoStudio label maker and print from there direct to your printer by first setting your printer in the set up panel and then click "Print" in the bottom right corner.

The fact that windows 7 does not recognise the .upl file is of no concern there are quite a few files on your computer that Windows 7 does not recognise - what is important is that the programme which made it can recognise it

once you have saved the file you should be able to open it again in the label maker by selecting "Files >> Load disc label" and browsing to your .upl file , that should open the label again as you saved it - are you doing that and then the saved file not have your work in it ?

Brian, I was trying to load it from outside of the label maker, from my list of files. So opening it in the project the way you say worked! Just didn't know how it worked!
