Studio X4- reset library when open aplication

Hi I have a problem with media libraries in Corel Video Studio Pro X4.

When I close and reopen Studio X4 the library does not contain any media (photo, video, audio). Library exports and imports no help. It looks as if start Studio the library is reset. A smart package no help too.
Deleting C:\Documents and settings\....\Ulead Systems\Corel Videostudio Pro\14.0\pl-PL no help.

The problem is so serious that adding a HD video again- new proxy file is created- it takes a long time. The old proxy file is correct, but in proxy manager is absent.

AMD Athlon 7860 (DualCore) 2,8GHz, 4GB RAM, NVidia GeForce GTS450 1GB CUDA, Windows XP SP3. VideoStudio with servicepack, DirectX 9.0c. Administrator acount. 40GB free on C:\ HDD.

Are you having problems with the library that contains the sample clips or Smart Proxy files, or both.

Library............
make sure that Samples is selected
that the three icons to the right of Samples are selected, showing yellow.

If the library is empty go to Settings - Library Manager - Reset Library
This should set the library to its default state.

If that does not work. Close the program.
Using Windows Explorer re-name the folder "en-US" to "en-US copy"

C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Application Data\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro\14.0\en-US

restart Video Studio. a new folder will be created, do you see the library content.

At any time have you changed the location of the Smart Proxy Folder?

I add my files (foto, video, audio). Icons are selected I can see the file

When I close VideoStudio and open The library is empty.

I renamed, new folder is created when start aplication but .... the library is empty.

Very strange, the first thing that comes to mind is "Read Only" files.
We had some problems retaining the Make Movie Manager files, this was found to be a "read only" file.

and I don't understand why the library does not revert to the default after re-naming en-US file

The images are a little poor but does not look like the standard program, is this an SE version?
Has this problem always existed since installation?
Have you tried re-installing the program?

What happens if you do Settings-Library Manager-Reset Library?

When I read this topic I try work in another administrator acount in Windows -is all right. When i add clips and close aplication, reopen the clips are in library.
