Burn.now not working right, help please

I have MF3 and I would like to use the copy features to make .iso files. However when I run MF3 Copy Disk or the program 'ULEAD Create Disc' (this came with MF3) they crash or never finish running. The ULEAD Create Disc always crashes with an unhandled exception. Copy disk starts but never finishes. It gets about 50% of the CPU and chugs along doing something. The screen never repaints and it never finishes. I've left it running for a few hours. Has anyone ever had problems with this suite of software? It appears so since there are alot of unhappy ULEAD users.
