X4 pro AVI problems

i have this problem and it does not work.
it is after i put something in to the timeline this happens.
can any one help

i do not know how to fix this problem.

and we do not know how to fix the problem either without a lot more information - where did the video come from - how did it get on your computer - what procedure did you use - what version of VideoStudio are you using - with the video in the timeline please RIGHT click over it and select 'Properties' - please post all those properties on here

You do not give much away other than you have a problem with a jpeg and maybe a splitting headache. :wink:

Can you read this aptly named as PLEASE READ THIS FIRST BEFORE POSTING

Give as much info as you can otherwise will just keep asking questions like what version are you using. :?:

ok sorry guys i am using coral studios 4 fully patched 14.2.0.23.

it comes form a vadeo hd solisd state camra.

here are they AVi attributes.
DivX H.264 Decoder
Microsoft AVi files.
Microsoft ADPCM

here are the project Porperties
PAL (25 fps)
MPEG files
24 bits, 720 x 576, 25 fps
Upper Field First
(DVD-PAL), 16:9
Video data rate: Variable (Max. 8000 kbps)
LPCM Audio, 48000 Hz, Stereo

i have Divix installed and quick time and it does go away after about minuet.
i hope that hellps a tad more.

sorry i thought some one would see the pic and go ah i know what is wrong.

Hi

If you play the video on a media player does it show this split screen, or is it just when viewing within Video Studio.
If just within VS.........
From Project Properties try disabling Non Square Pixel Rendering or drag the clip to the overlay track........
Set the properties to match your videos frame rate (fps)

Please provide more details regarding the video file, its frame size, frame rate and data rate. Ect

finally what are you intending to make, a DVD or video for the internet?
