Which version of PSP are you using? Have you installed all available updates?
I have installed and have used the screen capture feature with PSP 8, PSP X2, PSP X 3 and PSP X4 with no problems at all and on Xp and Windows 7 all fully updated.
Do you have another computer that you can install on and test it out there?
Systems available Win7, Win 8.1,Win 10 Version 1607 Build 14393.2007 & version 20H2 Build 19042.867

Thanks for replying. Yes I have all available updates. I am using version PSP X3. I remember doing it on other versions but have not tried it at all on this version.

No - I have only a tablet so can't test it in another computer.
