16:9 & MENU size

Using Ulead Video Studio 9.
I am trying to get my video size to match the menu size. I have saved the video as 16:9, created a menu but when I burn it the video is narrower (top to bottom) than the menu.
The menu fit nicely on the 16:9 setting on my T/V, but I have to set the T/V to another aspect ratio where that fits nicely but the menu has the top missing.
I have the 'Perform non-square pixel rendering' unticked & every thing I can find set to 16:9.
Any help appreciated.
