After reading tutorial here, then this:
http://inphotos.org/2012/03/15/adventur ... rshot-pro/
and downloading this:
http://svn.berlios.de/wsvn/lensfun/trun ... lympus.xml
I finally managed to do a good, working correction profile for M.Zuiko 12-50/3.5-6.3 :-) Its 12mm distortion was PITA, as many other zooms in micro 4/3 (they rely mostly on software correction). And conclusion - you can simply pull neccessary a/b/c lens correction data from this open source software and add it at will to AfterShot profiles. The list of corrected lenses is very long:
http://wilson.bronger.org/lensfun_coverage.html
And of course in case someone wants calibration data in AfterShot ready text format, I can send it via PM :-)

Thanks for the useful tips. I have a Sony NEX and 16-50mm kit lens:

http://svn.berlios.de/wsvn/lensfun/trun ... l-sony.xml

I see there is "distortion model", "tca model" and "vignetting model". How can I translate them into AfterShot Pro parameters?

I tried feeding the "distortion model" model into a/b/c numbers. The result looks very different from OOC JPEG w/ distortion correction. I wonder what I can do to tune it? If possible, can you provide me with the ASP ready text format? Thanks!
