I have paid and downloaded VS Pro X5 by mistake instead of Pro X5 Ultimate. Is there a way I can pay the difference and get the Ultimate version?

You will have to contact Corel, if there are no contact details on your order or e-mails you received for the order, logon to your Corel account to view your order history, I am sure there should be some details there.

It was a less than one minute clip: Template AVCHD, 1920X1080, 59.94P. VS5 was noticeably faster than VS4 and coded as the above. The clip was from the cam and was 60P. However, it was coded by the Template to 60P (59.94.)
VS4: 33sec for a 56 sec clip
VS5: 22sec same clip

X5 seems to LOAD 2x faster than X4. Anyone else noticed this?
