FILTERS ON TITLES VS PRO X4

HI ALL
Did a fair amount of "search" but could'nt find anything similar.
I applied the "rotate" and "strobe" filters to a title, strange things happen.
The first time a preview the clip, it previews correctly, if I preview it again, the "strobe" filter does not work.
If I reverse the filters order, it previews correctly, but again not the second time.
Also, if render or "make disc", the "strobe" filter does not work.

Other than this, VS PRO X4 IS GREAT.

I have tried using these filters without problems.

Have you applied all service packs to your program. (Link for patches at top of post)

Can you manually update Direct X
Download file
Run to Extract files, create a new to hold the files.
Run DXSETUP,exe

I have previously installed sp1,and sp2, my version is 14.2.0.23.
I updated DX.
Tried the same combination of filters on a clip, not a title, and worked fine.
Tried the filters on a title again, same problem, strobe does not work.
Looks like it is a problem with TITLES only.
