I have got a new computer and installed my product on it. When I try to register it tells me I am already registered. (true on my last machine) but my product does not show up on products registered. I haven't changed my email and still receive regular emails but I cannot access technical support because of this problem. Help!

I suggest that you report this problem directly to Ron Dizon (ronald@ulead.com). I have had similar problems with the Ulead web site. They are working on the problem but need more input from people who are having this problem.
