VS 9-Can I change the duration of the whole project

I've got a complete project that lasts 2 hrs 6 min
I would like to change the duration to 2 hrs without cutting content.
I know that you can adjust the "speed" of each clip but is there a way to modify the speed of the entire project?

not directly

You could render the project to make one clip.
then use the speed control on the one clip.

why do you need 2 hrs and not 2 hr 6 min

I have a situation where I need to copy the video to tape and wish to use the highest videotape speed for best quality. Most tapes will give you only 2 hours at that speed setting.
