Cloning after Perspective Correction

Post by Tadjio »

I have been using the zPerspector plugin a lot for Perspective Correction. Today I tried to do something that is straight forward with PSP, that is to Clone outside the original image area (into the Canvass defined by zPerspector) and found I could not do so.

Am I missing something?

It is a little odd : my impression is that if you create a clone circle/polygon and move it into the cloned area, it behaves differently from when you create it directly there.

Generally, the clone takes place 'before' the transformation, which is obviously correct as you want any cloned/healed items to rotate/shift with the image.
You would need a different clone to happen after the transform to cover the mirrored area - I would like such a feature occasionally but there are more urgent things to fix !
