Background Menu Music

Is it possible to capture the background music for the Title and Menus from the movie itself?

havent come across the feature directly, but there is no reason why you couldnt extract the audio from your video clip and say convert to mp3 to run as the backgroumd.

Any suggestions on how to do this?

btw. how does one suggest new features?

dowload 1.3. extract to a folder and run dgindex.exe

open your video clip, ensure demux all tracks is ticked under audio-output method

then saved the project to a folder. this will make you a .d2v file which you can ignore, but it will also have demuxed your audio from the clip(s) to mpa files which you can either try using directly or you can then convert to mp3

Thanks - I have Total Recorder and was able to use it to 'extract' 30 seconds of the start of a movie to use for the background music. Much better than the available defaults.
