problem in reinstall the PRO X4

I try to reinstall the PRO X4 and it does not install it, what could be the problem?
I would appreciate if you could answer me as soon as possible, it has been some days I can not install the software and have a lot to do with it.

I insert the disc to the computer is up to me the menu of the installation, I click on Install and nothing happens

Have you Un-Installed the program

• 000005468-Uninstalling VideoStudio Pro X4

To install, if the disc does not run correctly, try copying the contents of the disc to your Hard Drive, a new folder on your desktop will do.
Then install from those files.
