Hey all, quick question. I'm using Corel VideoStudio to put together a DVD of our wedding for our families. Is there a way for me to save a DVD project (i.e., the menus I made) so I can come back to it and burn more copies later? I don't expect that I'll get everything right on the first burn, and I want to make sure I can save my project and tweak it later as needed; the problem is, I can't find the save button for the life of me.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Re: Save DVD project?
...Ummm... Have you looked at the File > Save (or Save As) command???
By the way, when you finish burning a project and you close the burning module, the program says it is saving the project. But we have never found where it is saved to. So always do a manual File > Save before you close the program. That way you will also save the menus with the rest of the project.

Re: Save DVD project?
Hi
What version of Video Studio are you using?
If X4 make sure you have applied the Service Pack 2.
There was a problem, is a problem in retaining the chapter names.
Do not create your chapter points in the main editing timelines.
Create the chapter points after doing Share Create Disc.
As Ken says after closing the burner module save the project from File – Save or Save As.
When you open the project again, Share Create Disc will open the burner module, your menu structure should be intact.
Your chapter names should show correctly using X4 with SP2, not so for earlier versions.
Burning a disc
First create a DVD Folder or Disc Image, these can be played on the pc just like playing the disc. When you are happy with the results burn a disc, alternatively use a DVD-RW, saves on making coasters…….

Re: Save DVD project?
Figured it out while I was waiting for this topic to make its way through moderation! I got confused because the DVD-burning software seemed almost independent of the video-editing software. I thought that if I closed the DVD-burning screen, it would lose all my work, but I was able to go back to the editing screen and save the project from there. Thanks anyway, everyone!
