Video Studio X4 Keeps Crashing

I have a new Windows 7 Ultimate install with Video Studio X4 installed. No other programs. It is a clean install. X4 keeps crashing. Sometimes when previewing a project. Sometimes when importing a video. Sometimes when I rewind on the timeline. Have updated X4 with all available updates. Could not find any solutions in forum.

System specs:

Dell Dimension 8200
ASUS GTX 560
4 GB RAM
256K SSD
