no audio on DVD Moviefactory 4

no audio on DVD Moviefactory 4
I have Windows 7 and I am having issues with sound playback on DVD movie factory 4. When I load in an MPEG file for editing I cannot recieve any of the audio from the mpeg file. This makes editing difficult. Can anyone give me direction on how to adjust audio or fix this problem? I have the same program on my laptop but I have no issues with sounf on Laptop. I believe my laptop OS is XP.

Of course you know that DVD MovieFactory 4 was released even before windows 7 was being planned by Microsoft? DVD Factory 4 is not compatible with Windows 7, you may want to try the latest version of the program and you can actually download the trial at http://pnoy.me/coreltrials
