Can't make 3D movies with VS Pro X4 Ultimate

I have done all the updates etc that Corel has suggested and I still cannot make a 3D movie. I do all the steps to make it and when I play it back the audio is there but there is either a white or black screen. Going crazy. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Can you give us a little hint as to what format video you were using and what other edits you might have made.

I capture as DVD format from my video cmaera.. I take a small clip to experiment with. Click on 3D-DVD (16:9)-then save. Corel techsupport says my video card isn't man enough. Looking at getting a better video card.

Well that card is better than the one you will see in my own Profile, and mine certainly has no trouble making 3D movies. So if you have a spare PCI-Express slot on your motherboard, go right ahead.

Mind you, I have said several times before that I don't think much of VS's 3D capabilities from 2D original video. Yes, you can get a 3D effect with the glasses, but for me there is too much of a colour cast in the resulting videos.
