error message with Vista & VS X4

error message with Vista & VS X4
On windows vista when I launch the Corel videostudio pro x4 I get a error message that reads Corel video studio has stopped working. Any ideas how to fix this. Not problems on XP

A number of reasons why this happens. The most common is another program conflicts with VS X4 and a damaged software. If you were never able to use the program at all, I suggest that you perform a clean reinstallation. You can follow the steps at http://corel.force.com/index/articles/e ... dio-Pro-X4 to do that.
