Sorry, but that's about the same as ringing up your auto mechanic and saying over the phone: "Hey, I put something in my car and now it won't work. Why?" You have given us nothing to work on. We have no idea what format the video you have captured is in, what its properties are, which program you used to make it, what editing your are doing to it and what you are trying to produce with it (including its format). Unfortunately, we are not mind readers.

So get back to use with this information and hopefully someone will be able to help.

The other post I posted about how when I try and save a video it crashes the program in no way shape or form is related to this post. In the other I was asking for help with my program because i spent hours on the project I was doing and then I try and go save it as a MPEG - 4 HD file and it crashed VSX3.. Went back and did it 3 different times with 3 different short videos and nothing... In this post I'm asking if I happen to be doing anything wrong because I record my game with Bandicam 30FPS, 1280x720 and when I put it into VSX3 the letters are all grainy.. so please, if you could unlock the other post or reply to this with an answer to the other. Thank you.

I have un-locked your other post - the confusion has two origins and I'm afraid they are both down to you - first you gave both topics almost the same title - both of which are un-helpful and non-descriptive - I have renamed the now unlocked other post as "problem rendering mpeg 4 in X3" - in future please try to make the topic title describe the problem - if everyone who had X3 just titled their posts "VSX3 Help??" we would have a few hundred posts with the same meaningless title and wouldn't know whether we had answered them or not.

Secondly as Ken Berry says above you have not described your problem at all - as Ken says please provide exact details of your problem in each topic and maybe you will get some help.
