Nikon D800/D800e support
Oh I figured I would be first to ask... when will ASP handle D800 and more importantly D800e? {sarcasm}

Re: Nikon D800/D800e support
I'm interested in seeing if we get a tool or plugin to handle the moire problem that the "E" model will face. Should be interesting! though not relevant till the end of the year for me since I won't be looking to upgrade till the end of the year.

Re: Nikon D800/D800e support
well, there may a depper thing behind D800-Support than with other camera's.
At least Bibble5 support only up to 30MP for JPG-Files. - So if that limitation of JPEG-Files would also apply to RAW-Files it's uncertain if that support will be added soon. I tried to open the sample JPG-Files from Nikon ( http://imaging.nikon.com/lineup/dslr/d800/sample02.htm ; I'm really thinking of purchasing that thing) but failed with both bibble and ASP.
Its certainly a pitty, as speed is the real advantage of ASP (colorwise and for flexiblity there are several alternatives)
---- snip ----
JPEG Images
Up to 30 megapixels and no more that 10,240 pixels on the longest side, RGB colorspace (CMYK not supported)
Some adjustment tools are more limited (Noise Ninja) or not available (Highlight Recovery) with JPEG files
---- snap ---

Tried to open a 22meg D800 jpg... didn't even recognize it in the file browser.
Re: Nikon D800/D800e support
Given the camera's sensor ratings I doubt it's going to be a passing fad and early support would be an advantage to anyone reading these sort of articles:

Re: Nikon D800/D800e support
Hello,
I'm just wondering if Corel has already made an announcement when ASP will support the D800/D800e or the D4.
Still waiting for any updates...
Regards,
Axel
