Pro x4 crash when hit the "create video file"

Hi,from today when i want to create video file in pro x4 the program crash, i reanstall the program and i stiil have the same problem.please help me

Can we assume you are still using the same video as you always have? If not, what kind of video are you trying to edit?

Otherwise, what might have changed on your computer? Has there been a Windows update in the past day or so? If so, have you tried a System Restore to an earlier date? Does that work?

Also have you installed any new program that conflicting with VS X4?

Until now, I shot video at 720p and yesterday I tried to edit video taken by me in 1080P 25FPS,i not installed or changed anything on the computer, I made a template to 1080p and every time I click : create a video file software crashes. Previously i filmed at Sony at 1080p and it does not do me any problem.
