VSPX4 Lost all sounds

Post by PreshawPete »

I've failed to get any sounds out of my version on my desktop even after uninstalling/reinstalling?? I have a version working well on my laptop. What can be the problem? It is a 'trial' version but I have paid for it and have a key but it doesn't seem to want me to enter it and there's no 'buy now' on drop-down menu in 'preferences' - Help!

Hi

I am not sure if you activate the program via the trial version.
I assume your purchase was the download…………

When you purchased you received the activation key/serial number.
Did you also get a download link for the program, including links for extra “Contents” and maybe a “Bonus” file ----- if so download those files.

Then uninstall the trial version before installing the new program..
You should be prompted to enter the activation code during install.

I am assuming that is how it would work.

Now save all files and Keycodes safely to your hard drive, and make a backup on disc.

As for the Audio problem we need much more info regarding the video files used.
Please read the post aptly named Please Read This Before Posting at the top of this forum.
This will give you an idea as to the information required.

If its working on one pc and not the other then I would assume a codec issue, but we need to know more details

Are you still getting the DAYS LEFT ON YOUR TRIAL pop-up message when you launch the program? Also, when you purchased the program did it have a download link for the program or just the serial number?

If you have the download link when you first purchased the program, I would suggest that you redownload the program from that link instead.
