Whats this Error??

When I click on the Help button i get the following error

Could not open the file mk&msit store:c:\program files\ulead systems\ulead video studio 9.0\vstudi.chm

It would also appear i cant open any F1 help menus on any other programs

I think reinstalling will solve the problem.
