Can not install Video Studio SE DVD

Hi there.
I cannot install video studio se dvd. It throws component transfer error on data2.cab
It's may be because data2.cab is corrupt. Can anyone help? Can I get data2.cab anywhere else?

Well you haven't put a version number in there but I will guess it is actually VideoStudio 10SE DVD - which you received free with an easy cap device.

These versions were released long before windows 7 was even thought of it - even if it does install you may well have compatibility problems.

I've tried it on 3 different computers, two of them were XP... so 7 doesn't seem to be the problem here

If you did receive it free with a rogue capture device it is very likely that the programme itself is faulty - where did the programme come from ?
