WinDVD Pro 11 Volume Overlay won't fade out

WinDVD Pro 11 Volume Overlay won't fade out
If I adjust the volume at all, the volume overlay showing how loud it is gets stuck and won't fade out, staying imposed over the blu-ray until i close and reopen the program.
