best traing aid for workshop, what is it

ok I need everyones help. WHat is the best book/dvd/traing aid for workshop 2.0. I need something for a novice, still learning the program.

Do you have a user's manual? With the manual and a little experimentation, you should be able to figure-out most of it.

I had a really though time with the trial version... Then, after I bought the program, I realized that I could have Downloaded the manual.
