Flash in VideoStudio

Post by tappygilmore »

I'm having an issue with my flash/shockwave files (.swf) in VideoStudio. The files are imported into my library. After placing them in the timeline, I can preview the scene. I have no issues here. My flash creations work flawlessly. Only when I go to export/create a video file is where the trouble begins. After creating a video file for a 720p TV, my flash objects no longer works. It does not move at all. Has any one else had this problem or have a solution for me? Many Thanks!

Hi
and welcome to the forums…………

The Video Studio library provides some Swf samples, I used these and rendered to standard DVD Mpeg2, then to HDV 720P, playback had no problems.

Are you able to render using the library samples.?

If yes then are the properties different to your SWF files?

If I recall correctly, VS cannot produce SWF files. It can use and edit them as input, but if you are after Flash output, the only format available is FLV.
