Telephone help for ULead VideoStudio 11

Hi - I'm not very technically aware and would really appreciate someone I could actually talk to on the phone about ULead Video Studio 11 - I'm really looking for a 'mentor'! I am happy to pay towards their time. I don't anticipate many queries - I don't really do a lot of editing and filming - but at this stage it would help my confidence and enjoyment and stop me making costly mistakes. Corel no longer offer support. Would any experts out there consider it? Any thoughts? I live in Croydon. Best wishes, Andy F

Why not just ask your questions on here Andy - then you have a whole world full of people who can help you - many of us came up through the versions and have used V11 - or still have V11 - so there is a vast resource here.

If you want some free tutorials there are quite a few on Youtube - just go to Youtube and put VideoStudio into their search bar and you will find a great deal of them.

I see that in your previous posts you have appealed for somebody to phone you - it's not really what we do here - we are all just private users like you - we would much rather you used these forums so that anyone can not only jump in and help but maybe solve a problem of their own as well.

I appreciate what you say and the role of the forum, and I'll certainly post questions, but if anyone wants to be a mentor then cetainly I would appreciate it.
