I have just bought a box version of WINDVD Pro 11, and installed it on WinXP+SP3. Would anyone please provide some hints on why I could not play FLV files with WINDVD. The symptom is WINDVD is trying to play the FLV file but no video, only sound.

FLV is a basically a flash video, can you tell me if you have the latest version Flash player and direct X on your computer? If not, then you can download the latest...

I have the same problem with FLV Files (Black screen & OK Sound) using Windows 8.1 and the latest Flash player (version 13) and updated WinDVD 11 pro to what they seem to call SP3?
