Precise cursor

Is there away to customise the Precise Cursor?

I do a lot of close up work. (Cut outs). The standard Precise Cursor gets lost among the detail in the photos at times. I know it turns from black to white and back, depending on background. And is centered in cross hairs. But I would like to know if I can change the colour of it. Something that is a complete contrast to the photo colours. Like hot pink! Lemon Yellow! Flashing maybe!

As it is it's realy straining my eyes looking at that sucker.

An ideas? Maybe a suggetion for PSPx5.
