Dual Monitor for VS 4X Pro

HI;
I understood that a dual monitor can be used for VS 4X. How?
I sat up the second digital monitor and it works. But running VS4X Pro, I wish to transfer the Library panel to the second monitor and work it from there, like splitting VS in half.
Please advise, thank you.

I found it. It is on the page 15 of the VS X4 Pro User guide.
It is under "To move a panel". and "Note"
