X3 Issue

Hi !
This is my first post in here :O)
I am Ywonne, from Sweden...so please excuse any error in language
I bought X3 over a year ago...but I did not like it...so I kept using my old X *L*
But now I am going to give X3 another chance...
I have updated the program, but my biggest issue is continuing...
The short keyes don't work...none...

Please help me, cause I use them a lot ...

If you where able to use them before then this can be a problem with a damaged workspace. To fix this, I suggested that you reset the workspace. You can do that by pressing and holding down the SHIFT key then double-click on the PSP icon then when you received the message "DO YOU WAN TO RESTORE PAINTSHOP Pro TO ITS DEFAULT STATE?" just click OK.
