Evening out nodes in the Warp Mesh?
Sometimes, i work with the Warp Mesh, and i need to make something with a smooth curve. I often end up with several lines following the curvy line i want but i would need to have them perfectly equidistant from one another. Is there a way to select s certain number of nodes and have them evenly space while the first and the last one stay as anchors?

Re: Evening out nodes in the Warp Mesh?
As far as I know the only options for direct control over a node is if you hold down "Ctrl" when you click on a node it'll do a gradual fall-off or curve with the other nodes in its line where they move in relation to the node you're moving.
If you hold shift it'll move all of the nodes int he current line the exact same number of pixels as the node you're selecting.
If you want the curve to follow a line you can use a vector to outline what you want and move the nodes to match. If you want them equidistant you're going to have to pay attention to the status bar and guesstimate on the exact pixel locations you need them to be at. Or you could use guides and just line up the nodes with the guides.
One of the more annoying points of PSP is how it doesn't always provide an easy way to accurately move items to exact locations. With vectors as soon as I click on the node the node location shows up on the left hand side of the status bar. If I do the same with nodes in the Mesh Warp or with the bounding box of the pick tool I don't get that. It reports the mouse on the right-hand side of the status bar only so there is no nudging options.
But I know of no keys or settings to do that with.

Thanks. That is what i was afraid of. I just crossed my finger there was a hidden command somewhere to do that. Heck, a word processor can make columns equal width or height; i would have expected a powerful graphic program to do the same. Something to add to the future versions wishlist!
