Help on the help button....

I have just downloaded the Ulead video studio 9 and have a couple of problems..

1 Nothing happens at all when I click on help, and this is not just Ulead infact practically any program now does nothing when I press Help on the menu bar..

Also when I try to do the smart download after installing i just get a list of errors?
as in cannot get URL from push file [201089]

What have I done

About the help file, you may simply reinstall the software.

With regards to SmartDownload, you may contact Ulead Technical support and ask for the direct download links.
