"Burn Failed" message in DVD Factory 2010
I have Video Pro x3, which uses DVD Factory 2010 to burn, and I am trying to make a DVD. When the DVD is burning, it gets to about 95% completion and gives the following : Burn Failed. There is no further prompt or reason given. I use the Video Pro x3, from the 'Share' tab at the top choose 'Create Disc', and DVD Factory PRO 2010 opens and goes straight to the screen with the program already loading the current project as its' 'Media'. What am I doing wrong, or what have THEY done wrong and then corrected(wink). Please help if you're able - thanks in advance......
Burn Failed" message in DVD Factory 2010
My 'Photo & Video Bundle' came with Video Studio x3 and DVD Factory Pro 2010. DVD Factory Pro 2010 had functionality problems, info I found here in the Forums, and was replaced by Corel with MovieFactory 7 SE. What is the link the company has to download the MovieFactory 7 SE.....? This may help a LOT of us at the same time IF that link is something that you would be allowed to link for us. I hope this query is in-line with policy AND can help us all out.

Hi SwifDaddy
Using DVDMovie Factory7SE is very similar to the authoring modules provided by other versions of Video Studio.
To use with Video Studio X3 you first have to Share Create a Video file – choosing one of the DVD options. A new video file will be rendered using compliant Mpeg2 properties.
Then open DVD Movie Factory 7SE to Insert your new video file, create a menu then burn the disc.
I would recommend that you always create a new video file prior to burning a disc.
Downloading MMF 7SE
Yep the link will work,
But X3 also provides means of updating the program.
Press the circular icon top right (help and product info)
The guide opens, select the cogwheel top right and check for updates.
After installing service pack 2 the link to download DDD MF 7SE should be available.
