Hi all,
New to the forum, would be grateful for all the help I can get.
I recently bought a retail boxed version of videostudio ultimate PRO x4. I have all the latest updates installed and have completed fresh installs of the program several times. Have also tried to send support an email but the system is down at the moment.
Upon launching the program, I click the instant project button, I am then faced with a dialog box which states 'The program has encountered an unspecified error and has stopped functioning. Please contact Corel Technical Support and send the dump file for analysis.

I am clueless and fustrated with this so far.
I appreciate all you help on this matter. If there is any more inforation I need to supply, I will do my best to do so.
